I have problem opening Hypermesh 2025.1 after downloading and installation

I have trouble opening the Hypermesh 2025.1 after downloading and installing it from Altair One, my Altair One account is valid and activated. I am attaching the screen short of the message i am getting which trying to access Hypermesh.

Any help regarding this would be really appreciated.
