Student Licence - PSIM - Again

Hello. I previously requested a license reset because I formatted my laptop and lost access to my old account (I didn't follow the necessary procedures), and I was able to use it perfectly after that. However, I made the same mistake and can no longer use PSIM for the same reason. I have my license, but it isn't working like it did before. If possible, I would like to request a reset or something similar to what you did last time so I can use PSIM again.

Thank you in advance. Also, I would like to know what happens when the expiration date is reached—can I renew the license?

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.

Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down or reformatted and is only allowed a few times per user preprogrammed into the system.

You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
