Cannot connect AI Studio model to AI Hub Project

Question

I am trying to connect an AI Studio model to my AI Hub project. I have my project created, but when in am in "Connect to Project", paste my URL, and then "Check Connection Settings", I cannot log in to AI Hub. I get this error.

I have tried installing the extension and changing my default browser to edge, but neither worked. Since I can't sign in, I can't connect to a project.

Interesting - I see the same error on that presales server - at the moment I am also not able to connect to my own personal AI Hub installation - I have just returned from vacation and it may take some experimentation on my part to get myself back up to running, but if you would like to send me a reference to the internal ticket, I would be happy to take a look.

Yes, I am a Siemens employee. I have opened a ticket internally but am waiting for an answer.

I am able to login to that link. When I go through those steps you listed, I am able to see the sign in to AI Hub screen that you see in your screenshot. When I try to sign in with SSO, after inputting my information, that is when I see the error.

Hi @ojenkins22 ,

From the screenshot, it looks like you are trying to connect to an AI Hub internal to altair.com - are you a former employee of Altair or Siemens? If so you might want to use internal channels rather than relying on this public forum.

Are you able to login to

https://rapidminer-presales.dasupport.smartworks.altair.com/

in your browser? It sounds as if you are able to login there, and getting the URL of the project from its Overview page, then paste that into the Connect to Project dialog bnox, then click Check Connection settings, and then, instead of the screen shown in the below screenshot, you are getting that error page?
