Dear ones,
I'm having considerable difficulty to simulate a translation transient in double primary linear induction motor with solid secondary (Flux2D). I already had some progress in "first steps", that is, electromagnetic simulation in steady state AC. All good so far.
However, when I intend to take the next step - transient with constant speed in x axis - even taking the precaution of isolating the moving parts with specific lines and their respective region characterizations, the results are wrong.
The magnetic flux does not cross the air gap. We've checked the currents (ins and outs) and their are correct, just like the Steady State simulation. The air in motion has the correct permeability, also checked.
Could anybody help us?
