Can't unhide certain Part Set/Parts/Components in HyperMesh

Hello all,

can somebody navigate or help me with the issue, where i can't unhide certain parts from one part set? It's not working by clicking on icon or A-key either. If i just move the coursor on the exact component, i see it's silhouette. By clicking on component's icon, the icon lights up for a fraction of a second and lights off again.

As you can see in the image below from Part Browser, other parts/components are working properly.

I've tried to restart the PC already.

Hello @DavidNecas,

you could also try maybe right click the component and select show option or click the surface that seems to be greyed out. You can also try from View Controls to select show all option. It's the same with A key but worths trying.

Also makes sure that all surfaces or elements are shown by using the shaded option from View Controls

If nothing of the above works, I would suggest performing a HWCleanUp. Go to %INSTALL_DIR\Altair\VERSION\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup and run HyperworksWindowsCleanup.bat. This script will clean up the installation and bring evertyhing back to default settings. Relaunch HyperMesh, load your model and try again. If nothing of these works, you can either upload your model here so we can check if this is a bug or some deffect in your geometry. In case you want to avoid sharing the model in the community you can always use Support Center and create a Support Case.
