Disappearing constraints

Hello there, I'm attempting the optimisation of a cube under stress with the following constraints at certain nodes on the structure, and I'm optimising the structure to minimise mass. The problem is that I can't seem to get the constraints right, some essential constrained nodes, which cannot be removed from the design keep disappearing.

I've tried constraining the displacement at these nodes to near 0, that doesn't work.

How do I prevent this

Also, should I add a stress constraint to the Design variable card?

There are two ways to set up a stress constraint for topology optimization

•Directly on the DTPL continuation line

    •Using a DRESP1 and DCONSTR cards

Please refer OS-T: 2080 Hook with Stress Constraints & FAQ section from online help.

Try to have design and non design region for optimization setup.
