License Error 15 and -29

I have installed Hypermesh 2026 (including the 2026.0.1 hotfix) and am attempting to activate the license. The AU Mechanical Engineer license is showing in Altair One > License Settings > Managed.

When launching Hyperworks it asks for license credentials. Entering my Altair One credentials in the "Managed on Altair One" fields, I get the following error log:
