Contact between metal and composite, bonding contact

May I know which contact type can use for bonding metal and composite. And also may I know the detail set up of contact. (Metal (tie-contact) composite).

As advanced, if I want add cohesive element between metal and composite as adhesive. Which contact should use for adhesive-composite and adhesive-metal.

For bonded contacts one can use /INTER/TYPE2. A few points that one should pay attention to:

• Spotflag: If you are tying solids, choose Spotflag = 27, if shells, Spotflag = 28

Regarding the adhesive, you may also use shared nodes between the adhesive and the structural layer. There are two knowledge base articles that might help:
