Request for Assistance with Altair Product Installation Error / SSL Certificate

This is Abdullah

While installing the Altair products, I am encountering the error shown in the attached image.
"Issue downloading installers from cdn serverThere was an issue downloading the installers:Response is: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate C:\Users\**9_****glu\Downloads\python3.10.18_12_win64.exe not downloaded properlyPlease contact Altair support

I have already completed the firewall request and added the required environment variables, but the same error continues to occur.

I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of the error and how to resolve it.
