Unable to activate Student Edition with my existing Altair One account

Hello,

I have an existing Altair One account that was previously associated with an Enterprise license, which has now expired.

I would like to activate the Student Edition using the same account, but I cannot find any option to request or activate the Student Edition license. The Marketplace only shows my expired Enterprise license.

I also tried accessing the Siemens Support Center, but I cannot create a support case because my account has no visible products after the Enterprise license expired.

Is it possible to enable the Student Edition on my existing Altair One account, or is there another procedure I should follow?

If additional information is required to verify my eligibility, I will be happy to provide it privately.

@Andres_Munoz Your account is now verified for student edition use. Detailed software installation and student license activation instructions are available here: https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest. Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.

Note - To disconnect from the managed licensing, please set an environment variable with name ALM_HHWU and value F to disconnect from managed licensing and use the student edition license. You can set it to T to use just the managed licensing.

Once done please use either just the free student edition license or the managed licensing activation methods.
