I have a Student License for PSIM through Altair One.

Hello,

I recently reformatted my notebook without deactivating the license beforehand. It is the same physical notebook, but after reinstalling Windows and PSIM 2026.1, I am unable to activate my license.

During activation, I receive the error:

"Unable to access license store"

When opening PSIM 2026.1, I get the following errors:

PSIMPowerSupplyFeature – Error Code 9
GlobalZoneAM – Error Code 9
[NETWORK] 6200@localhost – Feature not found

Could you please check my license status and reset the activation if necessary?
