I'm examining a pneumatic spring suspension system using characteristic curves from the attached file "Airspring_data.asg" and following the path

I have a question:
The second to sixth columns correspond to the force values ​​at each pressure in the Z_DATA list, for each spring height. How can I create a new data file from the parameters in this image into a new .asg file, and how can I verify that the force values ​​are correct for the height and pressure at that time?

I'm not sure how to explain this in a technically correct way; I hope you can help me clarify it!

Hello @Dylan_HuanRose,

What you can do is save a new copy of the .asg file and modify the data blocks. In the lines for the Z_DATA block. Update the pressures from your list into the asg file (don’t forget to convert from bar to Pascals). Update the Force Table (XY_Data) where column 1 is the spring height and the rest of the columns are the force values that correspond the each pressure in Z_DATA. Update the list to represent your curves.

Once that is setup up. You can use the example model found in the article, update the airspring file, trim load and height. Update the motion to compress and extend. Run the simulation, then compare the force based on the spring height.
