SimLab silently crashes on startup

Hello,

I have installed SimLab on a remote Windows machine. The issues is that when I start the program it silently crashes. I tried the same steps on my personal windows machine and it worked. Any ideas why this might happen?

When I go into windows Event Viewer I get this error

I already tried to reinstall SimLab and even update the windows installation on the remote machine.

Any help would be appreciated.
