Dear Altair Support Team,
I am writing to request a HostID reset for my PSIM Student Edition license. I recently had to install on other computer since the last had breakdown, which caused my system's HostID to change.
When I try to activate PSIM again using my student license, I receive the following error:"Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
Could you please assist me in resetting the HostID on your end so I can reactivate the software and continue my studies?
