I am writing to request a HostID reset for my PSIM Student Edition license. I recently had to reinstall my Windows operating system, which caused my system's HostID to change. When I try to activate PSIM again using my student license, I receive the following error:"Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
Could you please assist me in resetting the HostID on your end so I can reactivate the software and continue my studies? Please let me know if you need my registered student email address or any other account details via private message.
