I am requesting the reactivation of a suspended Altair Student Edition account. I am a graduate student at Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), and I originally obtained a free Student Edition license (Feko) using my institutional email: d.ramirezr@uniandes.edu.co
That account is now suspended: when I try to log in, I get "Account suspended temporarily – contact your administrator", and the same message appears when I try to reset the password, so I cannot recover it on my own.
I am posting from a second account (ramirezgrosas@gmail.com) created only because the original institutional account is locked. My goal is to reactivate the original account (d.ramirezr@uniandes.edu.co), which is tied to my Student Edition license and my non-commercial academic research with Feko.
Could you please investigate why the account was suspended and reactivate it? Thank you very much.
