Student Edition Bundle not visible in Marketplace despite registration with university email

Hello,

I registered for Altair with my university email address, but I cannot see the Student Edition Bundle in the Altair Marketplace.

I would like to use Altair PSIM for academic/student purposes, but the Student Edition Bundle does not appear in my account or in the Marketplace.

Could you please help me check whether my account has been correctly recognized as a student account, or let me know if there is another step required to access the Student Edition Bundle?

Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.
