Scripting or programming ". BULK" file

Hi, 

I have a force file which is exported from flux software. It contains electromagnetic motor forces which are radial and tangential forces and their angles. It is for 2352 number of nodes and each node has 128 values of radial and tangential forces for 128 harmonics.

 

I want to re-arrange those values on the basis of frequencies instead of nodes. So that it will be easy to read and understand. 

How can I do it? 

I have no experience in programming or scripting? 

Kindly suggest
