ı forgot my student account's password

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with my account password.

I recently created an account using my university email address (baran.sonses@std.yildiz.edu.tr). However, I forgot my password and ı can't login my student account.

To resolve this, I have attempted to use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset it, and ı don't remember my security question's answer.

Could you please check the status of my account and help me reset my password or resend the verification email?
