Symmetry plane

Hello,
I’m encountering an issue while trying to create the symmetry of my half fuselage. The model was built using a reference coordinate system. I then define a symmetry plane by selecting points on the open face of the fuselage.
However, when I mirror the fuselage, the two surfaces do not merge properly and there is a small gap between the two half fuselages.
Is there a way to automatically merge the two fuselages, other than manually merging each point one by one?

Hi

Here's the process I always use:
1. Select an edge on the open face of the fuselage.

2. Click the "Select Edges by Path" tool to get all the edges along that open face.

3. Right-click on "Mesh" in the sim tree and select "Repair".

4. Click the "Project selected mesh entities" button.

5. Select "XZ" as the projection plane and click "Execute".

The edges along the open face are now coincident with the XZ plane, and your mirror operation should not leave gaps.
