My college Email isn't working here. I'm still a student but the college email i tried to sign up with hasn't been accepted by the data base. i need the student's license to install the apps and learn the software. so what should i do now?

The Altair Student Edition is available only to currently enrolled students or faculty using a valid institutional email. Access is granted only through official institutional email addresses,
