Dear Altair Team,
Over the past few days, I have been attempting to upgrade our Altair License Server to the 2026 version. However, I am consistently encountering the error shown in the attached message during the extraction process.
To troubleshoot, I have already taken the following steps:
- Reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributables (both x64 and x86)
- Verified that the Windows Server is fully up to date
Despite these efforts, I am not able to resolve the issue. I would greatly appreciate some guidance on the correct installation procedure. Additionally, the same server is currently hosting licenses successfully using Altair License Manager version 2025.0. Thank you in advance for your support.
