I am working in Altair MotionView (MotionSolve) and have successfully created/imported multiple hardpoints (visible in the model tree under “Points”). However, the workspace remains completely black and no geometry is visible.
I have tried basic view controls like Fit View and zooming, but nothing appears in the graphics area. There is also a message indicating a possible license issue, though I’m unsure if it is related.
Has anyone faced this issue or knows what might be causing the workspace to not display any entities?
