Black Screen in motion view interface
Ever since I am using hyperworks 2022, especially motion view, when I load my files in hyperworks, the screen is black and I can't see my project, could you help me fix this problem, note that I have already updated my graphic card to the latest version. thank you

To summarize:
- You may need to run a .BAT file found in your installation directory (\hwdesktop\utility\HWCleanup) to delete temporary files. It will unfortunately also delete your current preferences.
- The black screen in MotionView is typically associated with your graphics card driver needing an update. I see that you have already done so, so I'm including this simply for awareness.

Another customer reporting a similar issue indicated a corrupted graphics driver. In case the update to graphics driver with default settings did not work, please try the update with a Clean installation
