INTERNAL PROGRAMMING ERROR - OptiStruct

ㅣ'm using HyperWorks 2021.2 - OptiStruct. I've tried to run modal analysis on a .FEM file, but it doesn't work. An error occurs about 10 minutes after clicking the RUN button.

The error message is:

*** INTERNAL PROGRAMMING ERROR ***
in file "addacol.F", at location # 59.

   ioerr(4) =                   1

   ioerr(5) =                   1

Share the .fem and .out file for investigation. In which version you ran? Suggest running it in latest 2026 version.
