Problem with license TheaRender for SketchUp

Hello,

I have purchased Thea Render, but I cannot use it in SketchUp.

I am getting this error:

Feature: TheaRenderSketchUpFeature

Error Code: 9 (Feature not found)

It seems that my account does not have the correct SketchUp feature assigned.

Could you please assign the correct license (Thea for SketchUp) to my account?
