Cannot run Altair Flux Motor program

I have downloaded the Altair flux Motor program. When I try to open the program, it won't start. But I can open and run Altair Flux. I have activated my student license by downloading PSIM. I need help!

Thank you for contacting Forum. i think it might be an issue of improper installation of FluxMotor file. I suggest you to contact through Siemens support channel where there is a possibility to check the files in your system.
