How to delete account/fix issue

Hello,

I recently created an account for my university thesis. By registering with my uni email, the platform automatically recognised the domain and inserted me in a company account, which expires in two weeks. (the company is from the Formula-E student competition, which I am not a part of)

The licence I created with the student edition bundle ends on 04/2027. Is there a way to make hypermesh use the student licence instead of the company one?

I was thinking of deleting the account and making a new one, trying to fix the company issue, but could not manage to find a "delete user" function.

@Lorenzo_Franco I have moved you from E-Agle formula team to Uni Trento academic account. Please refer to the following guide for detailed instructions on installing and activating your Altair Student Edition software using your Student Edition license key -

You can disconnect from the managed licensing, please set an environment variable with name ALM_HHWU and value F to disconnect from managed licensing and use the student edition license.
