How can I renew my license for AU Data Analyst

Question

This morning, after months of paperwork, I received the e-mail from license@altair.com telling me that the new license is available. In the previous years I simply went to

Licence: L18425 | My Account | Altair

downloaded the file, copied it to my server and installed it. Done.

This is apparently not valid anymore and I have been looking and searching everywhere but I don't seem to be able to find where or how I can renew this license.

My current license key is valid until 30-04-2026 which will be next Thursday. Please help!

Guy, you should still be able to log into

https://myaccount.worldprogramming.com/

and download that license file.

Hi Nico, login into the site worked indeed but there was no new license available. It was only until Thomas Rudel was back in the office, on the 4th of May, that the new license file was available. People at Siemens Support didn't seem to know how to make it available to me via the site and apparently it was against company policy to do so. Anyway, I am good for another year and hope that everything will be cleared out by next year.
