I am writing this question because a few days ago, my laptop suffered a major failure that forced me to reinstall the entire operating system. After fixing the issue and launching PSIM again, my student trial license stopped working even though it was still active.
After investigating the problem, I realized that reinstalling the operating system caused Altair Licensing to interpret this as if I had moved the license to a different computer, which was not the case.
I would like to kindly ask whether you could help me with this situation. If possible, please remove the old host ID associated with my trial license so that I can continue evaluating the software.
