I have a problem to login to my ALTIER HyperMesh said that i can't access to the license store. How should I solve this problem? (I'm now using student acc)

Please ensure that you follow Step 3 and 4 to install and activate the software using your student license key - https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest. You may watch the instructional video in the guide for further help.
Also, Do you have full read and write permissions in the license store location? You can try running as administrator and make sure you have admin permissions so license is created in the license store.

I ran it as an administrator and passed authentication via System, but this problem occurred when I opened the software. What is the issue

Pls note if you are using the free Student Edition, It is a standalone license tied to one physical machine and does not support use on virtual machines.
