Nodes displacement after hypermorph

Hi everyone,

I have two quick questions. Currently, I used the hypermorph in hypermesh to deform a 3d model. What I want to obtain is the displacements of each surface nodes before and after the hypermorph, and use these displacements as an input of ansys or abaqus. My question is:

1. How to obtain the displacements vectors for the nodes? My model has 2000 nodes so it is not possible to manually calculate them.

2. How do I use the displacements as theinpu of boundary conditions for FEA software such as abaqus?

    1) Once you create a morph and save it as 'shapes', you can export them to external codes, using the 'export' option inside the 'optimization'>>'shapes' panel

    2) i don't know the exact format that Abaqus uses, but probably you could use Compose, or another programming tool to convert the exported data into your format.
