I am having trouble importing CAD files into HyperMesh.
Until last year, I was using a license provided through my university, and I was able to import STEP files without any problem. Recently, I obtained a new student license and started using HyperMesh again, but now the CAD import does not work properly.
When I try to import a STEP file, the loading bar in the lower-left corner does not progress normally. Then, the program suddenly exits the import process as if it has finished, but no model appears in HyperMesh. Also, when I try to close the program afterward, a message appears asking whether I want to save the file, which makes it seem like something was loaded internally even though nothing is visible in the model window.
This happens not only with one specific file, but with different STEP files as well.
Could you please let me know what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it?
