What is the issue, I need to start Simsolid
It looks like your license file has expired. So either the license needs to be prolonged. Or, if that has already been done you will need to load the new license file into the license server.
Where can I get license file? I´ve been trying to connect through "Hosted on Altair One" On AltairOne I have AU Mechanical Engineer 51 Units available
Okay, in that case you should efinitively contact your account manager. The error message says that both your license file has expired two weeks ago and that it is only for an older version, not for version 2026. Your account manager will be able to help!
2025 SimSolid works! Somehow the license is registered in 2025 version and does not work in 2026 version. Symetri Support is looking into it
