Request to Delete AltairOne Account and Recreate with Correct Affiliation

Hello,

I previously created an AltairOne account some time ago. However, this account was mistakenly affiliated with a laboratory that is not mine.

I would like to request the deletion of this account so that I can create a new one correctly associated with my laboratory.

I have already tried to delete the account with the help of the LBMC IT department, but unfortunately we were not able to complete the deletion.

Could you please assist me in deleting this account or updating its affiliation?

Thank you for your response. My lab has a free license, so it is essential that my account be linked to it.

The IT department would prefer that my current account be deleted. I would therefore like you to delete my account associated with the following email address: charly.nyobe@univ-eiffel.fr.

The IT department will then create a new account affiliated with my lab.

Could you please confirm which account you would like to be in? I can move you to that account.

Deleting your account and re-registering may not resolve your issue, as you will likely be routed to the same account again that you are in currently.

Also, do you still want us to proceed with the deletion?
