Runtime Error 381 - S-FRAME, S-STEEL & ICD 2026.0 (Windows 10 and 11 64bit)

Question

Description: I have installed the above S-Frame student edition software. However, when I try to click New 2D Model I get Runtime Error 381. I then need to use task manager to kill the application.

I have tried reinstalling multiple times and various other methods.

Thank you, Harrison. I want to provide a few more details about our previous suggestion:

* With S-FRAME uninstalled, please check the following locations with the name ‘S-FRAME Software’.  When you encounter a folder with the name ‘S-FRAME Software’ in these locations, please delete it.* C:\Program Files
* C:\Program Files (x86)
* C:\ProgramData
* %localappdata%

* Reinstall S-FRAME

Yes, I can confirm that I am using the .exe and running it locally.

Before elaborating on another idea, I want to confirm if you used the .exe installation file, and not the .msi installation file, running it locally and not from a cloud drive?
