I am unable to get the Altair licetnsing to work on my computer. I believe I have tried about everthing.

Please use the free student edition in Altair one as per the following guide. Please see step 2,3 and 4 for detailed instructions on Obtaining your student edition license key, and installing and activating the software using the key - https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest. You may watch the instructional video in the guide for further help.
