Hello, Recently, I had an issue where my Student Edition license was not appearing in my Altair One account. After some assistance, the "Student Edition License" bundle was successfully added to my Marketplace.
However, when I try to authorize the license in PSIM, I encounter several errors as shown in the attached screenshots. The most critical error seems to be Error Code -35, which states: "License is expired (License expired at: 2026-02-06 23:59:59.0)"
Since today's date is in March 2026, the license appears to have been issued with a past expiration date or it hasn't been updated to the current period. However in marketplace there isn't any "license renew" popup button.
Could anyone please help me reactivate or renew the Student Edition license??
