If I have a beam. with Length 1000 to X axis and the area is 100x100 in Y and Z axis, and I make FIX constraint at the after end, and the fore end is loaded with FORCE 1000 to Z axis.

Is it the same thing if I put MOMENT with 1000000 magnitude to -Y axis?
