Altair's live training certificate issue.

I am writing to know

about my training certificate for the 3-day program titled “Getting Started with Flux Motor” conducted on 23rd, 24th, and 25th February. I have completed all the course requirements on Altair One, but the status is still showing as “Continue,” and I am unable to download my certificate.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue and obtain my certificate?

Your attendance has been updated in Altair one. Now, you can download your certificate from the portal.
