Dear Altair Support Team,
I am currently trying to activate my student license for the Altair Inspire package, but I am encountering the following error message:
“Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs.”
However, I have not previously activated this license on any other system. This is my first attempt to activate the code. I also attempted to deactivate the license, as suggested in the discussion forums, but I received another error message:
“Error deactivating license: License not found.”
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience?
