NonLinear Bending

Hello,

could someone help me? I want to bend my plate using moment until its collapse. but everytime I run it with optistruct, the SPCF Moment always going up like pict below.

I want to make the moment going down like pict below. In every journal I read it always going down.

and every time I add more moment to my model, it wont be converged anymore

anybody know whats wrong with my model? or my setting?

Hi,

Are you using LGDISP in your model?

NLPARM(LGDISP) in the loadstep activates it.

What about your mesh? Is it refined enough?

Yes, I use LGDISP in NLPARM (NINC 1000) and I've activated it in loadstep too.

my mesh is so simple, I think it's good enough for analysis
