Moving heat source analysis

Hii,

I want to perform a heat source at constant temperature moving on a body, I need to determine the effect of heat on the body,

There is a tutorial in radios but it ain't in detail,

Suggest me some methods, if its possible in optistruct that would be great

The heat source moving at the defined and the heat transfer between the source and body, deformation and stress are need to be determined

Hii Rajashri,

As you can see that tutorial is for heat source at on a face, what I need is a moving heat source, the heat source moves on the face of another material and I need the heat interaction and deformation in the material due to it.

What I'm trying to do is simplyfying Friction stir welding with a simple moving heat source analysis

I want to perform transient heat transfer analysis a physical representation of FSW , The pin rotating and moving, The heat generated due to friction and the heat transfer between plates and pin. The deformation of plates in heat.
