I'm a student using a free student license for Altair EDEM.
Due to an unexpected system malfunction, my computer encountered a critical error and required a hard reset, which involved reinstalling Windows 11. As a result, some system data and settings were affected. After reinstalling Windows, I encountered the following error when attempting to activate my license:
"Error activating license: This license was already activated using different HostIDs."
I would greatly appreciate it if you could advise me on how to resolve this matter or suggest any appropriate solution.
