A problem with the registration form

I have a problem with the host ID at the registration form.
I downloaded the application (for windows) and the line for host ID was empty.
When i tried to get it manually from the cmd, it showed the ID composed of both digits and letters . But the registration form didn't accept it because it's supposed to be only digits.

    HI Lihi,

     

    Are you talking about the student edition request form here https://studentedition.altair.com/ 

    if so the ID field can take both numerals and letters, it should be less than 12 without any hyphens
