Functional bar/ spring in Simlab 2025

Is Simlab 2025 capable to create functional bar/ spring between two point in explict analysis? What is the cmd of it?

I hope to realize some simple function, like control the bar length through time, or use PID control if possible.

FLLWER would be helpful, but it's Force depend on time, its implicit while i trys to control displacement depend on time.

To make it automatic like machine in reality, there should be two ways:

1 displacement vs time

If it can contract/expand certain value depend on time;

2 PID control

force vs location, speed, time

use contraction/expand speed, contract/expand value, and time as PID control input, output a certain force.

I'm not confident this is possible within the solver, would need to investigate. Or you can also ask similar question for the solver you want to use. I assumed OptiStruct
