I am on Windows 11 with a Lenovo LOQ laptop. I have been running into issues trying to download PSIM 2026. I have gotten the student code, I can go to the Marketplace and download the .exe file, I open the file and the installation seems to start, but when the green bar reaches 100% the app immediately crashes. There is no error message or pop-up, the "installing" window just disappears and the application is nowhere to be found anywhere on my computer. There is no PSIM icon on the taskbar, desktop, when I search for it, etc. I've tried multiple times thinking the network just cut out or something but it is the same result every time.
I went to the Windows Log to see if there were any errors related to PSIM, and this was the only error that occured during that time:
I'm not sure what either of these mean, any advice/info about how to fix this would be very much appreciated.
