In recently using S-conc, a warning message got in design report as attached. But we do not know the reasons.

Message 8 is related to the Shear Reinforcement Spacing, as you can see in the report, the maximum allowable is 4.8in, and the spacing on the section is 12in
There could be several causes, considering it is a beam, using ACI 318-14 my suggestion is to look into the help topic for Shear reinforcing
