Optimization Tutorial Issues

Hi all,

I've recently gained access to Optistruct and have been working my way through the tutorials.

I'm now on the optimization module, but the topology and topography examples fail every time. They reach 100% completion, then stall for for 45min-1hour and before displaying the message: "Optimization Error. Please contact Altair Customer Support".

Has anyone encountered this issue before or found a solution?

Hello Mark,

could you please share the .out files and .stat files for topology optimization. Example models are generally completely runnable models. I need to check what is going on and I will find some clue in .out files. Please share them.
