SimLab Transient Magnetic 3D Motion Issue

I am modelling a permanent magnetic coupling. Unfortunately for IP reasons I cannot share the analysis file. The outer coupling has a motion as defined below, with the max time as one cog in the coupling. When I try to run the model, I receive the attached error log stating there is not a value in the Ang Pos of the motion. I am unsure what to do to correct this - any recommendations would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have just checked the solver log file and the error is not related to the motion.
'AngPos value is not a number' is a warning message. That being said, the reason for the error cannot be figured out just by looking at the Slover log file. The error ( blue highlighted text) are more general and would require the SimLab model to investigate more.

I totally respect your concerns on IP and would request you to take a chance of creating support request or writing to hwsupport@altair.com. Once the support ticket is created, our team will look at the request. you can upload your model in the ticket created privately or if needed we can offer you a scheduled meeting to resolve the error.

Note: Please don't share any model here in community, as its a public website and can be accessible to all.
